Jeffrey Ried, PhD, is the founder and president of Transformation by Design. He brings over 25 years of experience in catalyzing change in complex, multicultural settings where sensitivity, consideration, and action were called for. He developed and managed multi-million dollar projects for the Gates Foundation and held leadership positions in for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations in the US and Africa. Jeffrey applies his unique understanding of how to generate positive change in order to develop healthy teams, improve the performance of managers and team leads, and revitalize difficult partnerships.
